Getting started is easy:

• Open the app and tap "New Game"
• Choose your difficulty level (Easy, Medium, Hard, or Expert)
• Tap on empty cells and select numbers 1-9
• Use the hint system if you get stuck
• Your progress is automatically saved

Our smart hint system teaches you real Sudoku strategies:

• Tap the hint button (💡) to get help
• Hints explain the logic behind each move
• Learn techniques like "naked singles" and "hidden pairs"
• Hints can be disabled in Settings if you prefer

Yes! Sudoku Summit works completely offline. No internet connection required to play, and your progress is saved locally on your device.

Pencil marks help you track possible numbers:

• Tap the pencil icon to enable note mode
• Tap numbers to add/remove them as small notes in cells
• Notes automatically update when you place numbers
• Turn off note mode to place actual numbers

Customize your visual experience in Settings:

• Highlight Same Numbers: Shows all instances of the selected number
• Highlight Region: Shows the row, column, and 3x3 box of selected cell
• Show Errors: Highlights mistakes in red

View detailed statistics in the Stats tab:

• Games played and won for each difficulty
• Best completion times and averages
• Win rates and current win streaks
• Progress tracking across all skill levels

Try these troubleshooting steps:

• Close and restart the app
• Restart your device
• Make sure you have the latest app version
• Check that your device has sufficient storage space
• If issues persist, contact support with your device model and iOS/Android version

Yes, currently all progress is stored locally on your device. Deleting the app will remove your saved games and statistics. We recommend finishing your current game before uninstalling.
